Branding Essentials

This section covers how to create clean, consistent branding, flyers, a lean website, and social content without wasting time or money.

Micro Brand Kit Setup

Start with a wordmark or logo—just brand-colored text unless an icon helps. Stick to 3 colors: primary, secondary, accent. Use one heading font and one for body copy. Choose 3 voice pillars (e.g. helpful, modern, no-cost convenience). Core promise in 10 words: “24/7 fresh food & essentials. Zero cost. Zero hassle.” Below that, list proof points like number of installs or average margin. End every asset with a consistent CTA: “See a mock-up. Book a 10-minute walkthrough. Scan QR.”

Flyer, Website & Social Content

Flyer formula:

  • Headline — “Self-serve market for your apartment/office/warehouse at no cost”

  • Visual — before/after photo or mock-up images

  • Benefit blocks — 24/7 access, no staff, healthier options, optional rev share

  • Contact strip — name, phone, email, website

  • Final CTA: QR code + short link

Website sections:

  • Hero — headline, subhead, image, “Get a Mockup” button

  • Problem/Solution — 3 pains, 3 fixes, each with icons

  • Gallery — real install photos or GIF loop

  • Timeline — inquiry → mockup → contract → install → burn-in

  • FAQ accordion — cost, theft, maintenance, reporting

  • Social proof — logos or short quotes

  • Footer — CTA and full contact form

Batching Social Media

Batch 30 days of content:

  • Reels: before/after installs, 10–20 secs with text overlays

  • Carousels: “What we stocked today” — drinks, snacks, fresh, impulse, fun

  • Quote/stat graphic: “Cut snack runs by 80%”

  • Behind-the-scenes: FIFO restocks

  • FAQ post: “Is it no cost?” “How do you stop theft?”

  • Interactive: polls — “Orange vs. Lemon Lime?”

  • Local tie-ins: seasonal or game-day bundles

Cadence: 2 Instagram/Facebook posts, 3 stories, 1 LinkedIn post weekly. Repurpose everything to TikTok Shorts.
