  I can't log in

  Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. Tap "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in screen to reset your password.

  My course content isn't showing

  Course content is available based on your active purchases. If you recently purchased a course and don't see it in the app, try signing out and signing back in.

  How do I delete my account?

  Open the app, go to Profile, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
